Wild Restaurant is a 100% gluten-free restaurant in New York City that I have been working with for the past two years handling the upkeep of the menus and promotional items as well as social media. The owners exclusively own two locations but in 2016, they made the bold decision to expand the business with their first franchise location opening in Park Slope, Brooklyn. The owners soon realized that they needed to set guidelines for franchise owners to follow. This is just a portion of the Wild's  guidelines, which I have created to ensure everyone stays on-brand.
